Details for each service, including pricing and deliverables, will be outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to you.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration or project submission.
  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals, revisions, and feedback.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Ensure all content provided to Maestro Design Agency does not infringe on third-party rights.

Failure to provide necessary information or feedback may delay project timelines.

Payment Terms

  • All fees are due according to the payment schedule in the signed proposal.
  • Maestro Design Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for late payments.
  • For projects requiring upfront deposits, work will commence only after the deposit is received.

Revision Policy

  • Depending on your selected package, you are entitled to a set number of revisions.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Revisions apply only to the original concept or brief provided.

Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable after approval of initial design concepts.
  • Refund eligibility:
  • Before delivery of initial designs: Full refund (minus a 10% service fee)
  • Within 48 hours of initial delivery: 50% refund (minus a 10% service fee)
  • Between 48–120 hours of initial delivery: 33% refund (minus a 10% service fee)
  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files are delivered.
  • Refunds are not available for: Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Social Media, and Content Services.
  • Maestro Design Agency reserves the right to approve or deny refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may require review by our finance department and may take 7–10 business days to process.

Ownership Rights

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables.
  • Maestro Design Agency reserves the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
